This policy explains what personal data Computer Love collects, why we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. It applies when you use computerlove.tech, contact us, or book a workshop. Last updated: 6 June 2026.

Version 2026-06-06

1. Data controller and contact

Computer Love is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. We are based in Denmark and host our services in Denmark or elsewhere in the EU.

Contact: [email protected]

2. What personal data we process

  • Business and contact requests: your name, email address, company, inquiry type, message, and a hidden anti-spam field if it is filled in. We may save this information in our CRM so we can reply and follow up.
  • Workshop bookings: company name, contact email, selected workshop modules, workshop dates, attendee count, workshop location, survey language, and pre-workshop survey choice.
  • Email delivery and notifications: email addresses, booking confirmations, booking links, and technical information needed to send or troubleshoot messages.
  • Technical operations: error reports, logs, request details, and diagnostic information used to keep the service secure and reliable. Our error monitoring is set up to avoid sending personal information by default.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • To answer inquiries and follow up on relevant business requests — GDPR Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest.
  • To create booking links, register workshop dates, coordinate workshop logistics, send confirmations, and deliver materials — GDPR Article 6(1)(b), steps before entering into or performing an agreement.
  • To keep accounting, contractual, and compliance records where required — GDPR Article 6(1)(c), legal obligation.
  • To secure, debug, and improve the site and API — GDPR Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in reliable and secure services.

4. Recipients and processors

We only share personal data when it is needed for the purposes above. We may use trusted service providers for CRM, business administration, email delivery, internal notifications, calendars, surveys, hosting, security, backups, file storage, and error monitoring. These providers may process personal data for us under their data processing terms and security commitments. We use Cloudflare for DNS, security, and traffic protection.

Some providers may be based outside the EU/EEA. If personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on recognised legal safeguards, such as an EU adequacy decision, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and any necessary extra protections.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it. Contact requests are kept while we handle the inquiry and relevant follow-up. Workshop booking data is kept while we plan, deliver, and document the workshop. After that, we only keep data if it is needed for contracts, accounting, legal claims, security, or audit purposes. We delete customer data that is no longer needed, and we do not keep it for more than 1 year unless the law requires a longer period. Booking links expire, and deleted bookings are removed through our cleanup routines.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may have the right to access your personal data, correct wrong information, ask us to delete or limit the use of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive a copy of your data in a portable format where applicable. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time, unless we are legally required to keep specific records. Contact us at [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency, via datatilsynet.dk.

7. Security

We protect personal data with access controls, secure configuration, HTTPS, EU-based hosting, Cloudflare security controls, logging, error monitoring, and limited data collection in forms and integrations.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The public site does not use advertising cookies. We may use necessary browser storage to make the site work, for example to keep administrators signed in. If we add analytics, marketing cookies, or other tracking later, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
